The starting point

We asked which details genuinely help a guest choose. A crowded menu can answer every possible question and still make the decision harder.

A little less information. More room to respond.

The concept focuses on essential dish information and leaves space for the guest’s notes and requests. The identity draws on the idea of a Japanese sliding screen: a boundary that also creates an opening.

This is an independent studio concept, not a commissioned client project. AI assisted the visualisation of the design.
