Terms of business.

Commercial terms are agreed in the written scope for each engagement.

Agreeing the work

The engagement scope records deliverables, the team and intended timing. Additional work and its impact on delivery should be agreed in writing.

Fees and third-party costs

Payment schedules, invoice terms and approval thresholds must be specified in the signed agreement. Media, software and production costs should be identified separately.

Ownership and access

The agreement should explain when project deliverables transfer, what source files are included and how existing tools are licensed. Client-owned platform accounts remain under the client’s control.

Ending an engagement

Notice periods, confidentiality, liability and dispute arrangements must be settled in the final terms. This overview does not replace the signed agreement.

Draft overview for review. The source terms contain unresolved commercial values; none have been invented here.
